Shannon + Lyle // Kanbeki House

What a beautiful day… After a few weekends of rain it was so lovely to see the blue sky again! This was my first time at Kanbeki House and WOW!!! totally blown away by the venue. And they have a horse that is so friendly I managed to get in pat : ) A little further past Kanbeki House was a property I found in my scouting before the wedding. Just to get that element of ruggedness given to how beautifully maintained Kanbeki House is. How great are the locals! Not only did they allow us onto their property but they bought out a 6 pack for the boys… So after a few shots (and dodging the cow patties) we returned to Kanbeki House for some fun on the Golf Buggies and some canapés! What better way to end the evening with a few sparklers …

Tosin + Esther // Moments Captured

What a beautiful way to finish my afternoon, capturing some truly precious moments for Tosin, Esther and their new bub… Their were plenty of smiles, a few hiccups and a bit of laughter – the perfect recipe for new born photo shoot. I was reminded again at this shoot why I love natural lighting and a natural setting. Truth, personality and real life moments really shine through – truly a wonderful new family! Sarah : )

Rachael + Brenton // Love Story

‘From Paris with Love’ … What a beautiful Love Story! Brenton couldn’t have picked a more picturesque location to propose to his now Bride-To-Be, Rachael. To keep in atmosphere with their story we took them out around their local hangout. Rachael had this gorgeous little French Bag, a mini Eiffell tower (how cute!) and a photo of them from Paris : ) to add to their shoot. It is so wonderful to have been able to capture a chapter in their life that they now can look back on…

Carly + Matt // Byron Bay

When you have a wedding at Byron Bay you can only expect that it is going to be relaxing. This was true for the wedding of Carly + Matt, especially with their gorgeous kids who as you can see had as much fun as the Brad did photographing them. The Byron Bay landscape was a beautiful back drop especially for their ceremony on Clarkes Beach. There is always a candid moment of a local surfer or two to walk past to really set the Byron Bay scene. Their reception was celebrated at the local Byron Beach Cafe which truly opened up bringing the outdoor landscape inside. Yet another beautiful wedding on the Australian Coastline.

Moda // Portside

Moda // Portside is quite a stunning venue and with plenty of room for your guests to mingle so we can capture every moment without you noticing. It’s location is also amazing beside the Brisbane river with plenty of opportunity for photography in the surrounding area. We always love capturing those candid moments between you and your guests and with the help of Jessica and her team at Moda Portside the night will be one to be rememered.
